My work is devoted to guiding others back to their original essence — the steady presence beneath stress, expectation, and striving.
After moving through my own journey from overwhelm to stillness, I committed to the study of traditional Tantra Yoga and Ayurveda, completing over 300 hours of training and deepening my practice through time in India and Bali. These lineage-based teachings ground everything I offer.
Alongside formal training, I work with an intuitive gift I call Heart-Sensing — a gentle, attuned way of holding space without pushing or fixing. My approach is rooted in tradition, guided by devotion, and infused with a deep respect for the sacred feminine and archetypal wisdom.
I hold space for those in transition — creating a sanctuary where you can soften, reconnect, and remember who you truly are.
